These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Cyber Easy Crop, a digital Windows software product provided by Mohini Multimedia. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the software, the customer agrees to these terms.

Licence and permitted use

Access is provided for the purchased subscription period, credits and permitted device count. The software must be used only for lawful purposes and only with documents/data the customer is authorised to process.

Accounts and devices

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Device limits and account access rules may be enforced to protect the service from unauthorised sharing or misuse.

Plans, credits and pricing

Plan duration, credits, device limits and pricing are shown on the Plans & Pricing page at the time of purchase. Features and prices may be changed for future purchases; existing paid entitlements remain subject to the terms applicable when purchased unless otherwise required by law.

Service availability

We aim to keep authentication, updates and payment verification available, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, connectivity, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use the software to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or process documents without proper authority.
