Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cyber Easy Crop is a digital software subscription/service. Because access and credits may be provisioned immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been substantially used.

When a refund may be considered

• Duplicate payment for the same intended purchase.
• Payment was successful but the purchased plan could not be activated and our support team is unable to resolve the activation issue.
• An incorrect plan or entitlement was applied because of a verified technical error on our side.

Request timeline

Please contact us within 7 days of the payment and provide the registered account email, payment reference/order ID and a short description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. After approval, please allow up to 7 business days for processing; the bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.

Cancellation

Customers may choose not to renew a plan. Cancellation does not normally reverse benefits or credits already activated or consumed unless a refund is approved under the conditions above.
