• Usage counters such as crop/print counts when usage logging is enabled.

Payments

Payment instrument details are processed by the configured payment gateway. Cyber Easy Crop should not store complete card, UPI PIN or other payment-instrument credentials.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for account administration, support, security, transaction records and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service.
